Rizal is an Indonesian Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (IAPI), The Indonesian Institute of Chartered Accountant (IAI), The Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee (IKAI) and Associate Member at CPA Australia.
Rizal also obtained a CertIFR from ACCA UK for his knowledge and understanding on IFRS. In term of audit Rizal also already the auditor level certification from The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI). He also earned a certification on Bank Risk Management from Banking Professional Certification Body.
Prior to co-founding KAP TNN, Rizal was managing partner of KAP R. Tambunan, and was an external auditor in some of the largest accounting firm in the world until he reached Senior Manager level (E&Y and BDO).
Rizal also has been working as IFRS consultant and work in Banking Industries with a title as Internal Control and Accounting Development Head in some well-known multinational Banks (Bank CIMB Niaga and CTBC). He also been appointed as Director for an IT Company (PT Wolterskluwers Financial Services Indonesia).
