Yudi Christian is a finance and risk transformation leader with over 15 years of experience advising financial institutions across Asia Pacific on navigating regulatory change and driving business performance.
He specializes in regulatory-driven transformation, including IFRS 9 and IFRS 17, as well as the integration of finance, risk, and technology capabilities, covering regulatory reporting, performance management, and risk analytics. Yudi has led large-scale, multi-country engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen finance and risk functions and enable sustainable, technology-driven operating models.
He previously held senior positions at KPMG and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (Singapore and Indonesia), leading regulatory transformation programs and implementing finance and risk platforms. His experience spans both advisory and implementation, bridging business, risk, and IT to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives.
Yudi combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic consulting approach, supporting organizations in building integrated finance and risk capabilities while advancing their broader digital and IT transformation agenda. He also brings experience in supporting the growth of digital platforms, contributing to go-to-market strategy and solution development in Indonesia’s evolving technology landscape.
Yudi holds a Master of Management (Finance) from Atma Jaya Catholic University and a Bachelor of Computer Science (Information Systems) from Binus University.
